 The Company has re- appointed Mrs. Indira R on the Board as a Women Director. Who has more than 2 decades plus global experience in Gems and Jewellery sector and a very strong

Understanding of the Indian Gems& Jewellery Sector.

The Company has also appointed Mr. Ajith. M as its Managing Director, who comes with very versatile and in-depth experience in sales, marketing and information technology in the Gems & Jewellery Sector

The Company also have 3 Independent Directors on the Board, Mr. G. Goswami, L. Sugunan and Mr. S. Srivastava to give the Board a right blend of Executive and Non-Executive Directors and in line with Companies Act 2014 as well as Stock Exchange Listing Agreement requirements.

The Authorised Capital of the Company is  Rs.200 Crs and the Paid Up Capital was enhanced from Rs.50.65 Crores to  Rs.100.65  Crores.

The enhancement took place on the promoter Dr. M.M.Ramachandran bringing in Rs.100 Crores as his personal contribution.

His contribution has come by subscribing through preferential allotment of 5 Corers equity share purchase at a premium of Rs.10 per equity share as approved by the shareholder at the last Annual General Meeting held on 8^th July 2014.
